Senior Consultant, Performance Fees

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex performance fee methodologies and fund structures.
• Support fund launches, client onboarding, transitions, and operational readiness.
• Review fund documentation and client requirements, and approve fee models, calculations, and methodology changes.
• Advise Fund Accounting, Relationship Management, New Business, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage operational risk, controls, governance, audit, compliance, and regulatory remediation activities.
• Support automation, process improvement, training, and the development of the global performance fee operating model.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Fund Accounting, Performance Fees, Private Markets, or Investment Operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of performance fee methodologies, governance, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
• Experience with complex fund structures and legal documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience leading or supporting change, transformation, or automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
