Location: Luxembourg; full-time, office-based role

What you will do
- Provide subject matter expertise on semi-liquid, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and hybrid fund structures.
- Oversee and review NAV production, valuation methodologies, unitization, pricing controls, and performance fee calculations.
- Assess operating models and fund accounting processes to improve scalability, efficiency, risk management, and control effectiveness.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities and partner with Technology, Change, and Operations teams on implementation.
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues, reconciliations, exceptions, and client queries.
- Support audits, regulatory and client due diligence, onboarding projects, stakeholder relationships, training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Asset Servicing, or a related environment.
- Strong knowledge of semi-liquid fund structures, private markets products, hybrid investment vehicles, NAV production, valuation, and pricing controls.
- Experience with Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and other alternative investment products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline; fluent English required.
