Registrar & Transfer Agency Officer (AML-KYC)

What you will do

• Work closely with the Head of Registrar & Transfer Agency and the UK/EU Transfer Agency and Compliance team.
• Open investor accounts, perform periodic AML-KYC reviews, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Improve AML-KYC processes and review and clear daily screening hits.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, payments, investor inquiries, and comprehensive investor registers.
• Support regulatory filings, ad hoc projects, and the maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to productise manual processes and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of client services experience in a transfer agent environment.
• Strong understanding of the alternative investment market.
• Strong technical expertise in AML-KYC and effective control and supervision experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player.
