Fund Administrator, Regulatory Reporting (Fund Administration)

What you will do

• Produce and oversee legal, regulatory, tax, and jurisdictional reporting for investment funds, including BCL/CSSF reporting.
• Complete assigned tasks and information requests accurately and on time while meeting client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines.
• Respond to queries from regulators, the Central Bank, relationship management, and clients regarding existing reports and ad hoc requests.
• Build relationships with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal departments across Luxembourg and EMEA.
• Coordinate with the Regulatory Product Team on new services, service changes, and regulatory guidance.
• Identify control weaknesses and efficiency opportunities, recommending procedure enhancements using a risk-based approach.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fund administration and legal, regulatory, or tax requirements.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong data analysis, analytical, consultative, communication, interpersonal, and judgment skills.
• Excellent desktop, IT, and systems skills; Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
• Ability to act as a first point of reference for client queries, take ownership of problems, make risk-aware decisions, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with investor tax topics for Belgium, Germany, or Italy is beneficial.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills.
• Experience with Neoxam GP4, FIS Global InvestOne, or Confluence NXT.
