Business Process Expert (BPE) (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Based at one of the Cytiva sites in Duncan, South Carolina; Westborough, Massachusetts; or Logan, Utah, United States. The role requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Annual salary: $100,000–$125,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements for supply chain planning processes.
• Improve ERP utilization through user training, test scenario development, testing support, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Act as the solution expert for ERP planning modules and planning support systems, including detailed setup and solution design.
• Lead process automation, technology optimization, and global ERP template standardization initiatives.
• Develop subject-matter experts and partner with cross-functional leaders to address supply chain bottlenecks and deliver improvements.
• Build long-term process and technology roadmaps for the global supply chain organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP and/or Oracle experience in commercial, manufacturing, and logistics operational roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and technology-enabled planning integration points.
• Experience with enterprise-level SAP and/or Oracle projects using waterfall methodology.
• Knowledge of systems configuration and EDI flows.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• APICS certification.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed, and ambiguous environments.
