Warehouse Process Engineer

Location: Onsite in Hanover, New Hampshire, United States. Travel up to 10% to other Hypertherm offices or trade shows.

Salary: $82,636–$137,731 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Develop and define warehouse process layouts covering safety, equipment, and material flow.
• Improve warehousing and operational processes in a lean, just-in-time environment.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve safety, quality, cost, and earnings.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate across teams.
• Support warehouse equipment improvements and potential autonomous mobile robot integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment focused on process and equipment improvement.
• Experience with MS Office applications and Bills of Materials.
• Strong collaboration skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
• Must work onsite in Hanover, New Hampshire.
• New applicant employment authorization sponsorship and other immigration-related support are not available.

Nice to have

• Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience.
• Autonomous Mobile Robot integration experience.
• Experience facilitating Kaizens.
• Database management, query writing, and Power BI experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, statistical analysis, value stream mapping, FMEA, and structured problem solving.
