Warehouse Manager

Location: Everett, Washington, United States. Permanent work location: shop facility; may be temporarily assigned to project sites.

Salary: USD $125,000–$139,049 annually

What you will do

• Lead all warehouse activities and oversee production and maintenance operations at the TES facility.
• Manage equipment scheduling, forecasting, physical inventory, reconciliation, and drawing changes through PECN.
• Establish and manage annual capital investment, facility overhead, and project-related budgets.
• Coordinate warehouse requirements with accounting, contract administration, equipment, compliance, human resources, procurement, and project management teams.
• Develop operational strategies, objectives, resource plans, and succession plans aligned with business goals.
• Travel to construction job sites as needed to support equipment repairs and coordinate equipment needs with other hirify.global warehouses.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, typically with 15–20 years since obtaining a first degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an operational role.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional engineering degree or BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
