Insurance Agent (Auto Insurance)

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote auto insurance options to C2C car buyers and sellers.
• Assess customer needs and eligibility, recommend suitable insurance packages, and present tailored solutions via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage the full telesales cycle from prospecting and objection handling to closing and follow-up.
• Cross-sell related value-added services, including car inspection, warranty, finance, and registration support where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners to support customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, share daily performance updates, and meet monthly insurance sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in auto insurance sales, preferably telesales, with prior high-volume inside sales or call centre experience.
• Experience using CRM software or applications.
• Familiarity with the UAE automotive market, car insurance policies, and insurance provider offerings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, closing, customer service, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented, resilient under pressure, proactive with follow-ups, and able to work effectively in a team.
