What you will do

• Define customer propositions, product requirements, business outcomes, and platform solutions for private banking and wealth management clients.
• Present existing platform capabilities and advise on best-practice target operating models across customer and investment operations.
• Run Model Wealth Solution configuration processes and document customer configuration points for new implementations.
• Define and challenge project scope, translate bespoke requirements into platform solutions, and lead platform change delivery.
• Review solution and design documentation, conduct functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs, and support analyst and developer handovers.
• Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, business readiness processes, and consultancy services.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of CRM, KYC, onboarding, and client lifecycle management in private banking.
• At least 3 years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or wealth management.
• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or architecture, including requirements definition and solution design.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of databases, including Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, time-management, and client-facing skills; willingness to travel between regions as required.

Nice to have

• Fluent French or German.
• Knowledge of private banking, wealth management, investment products, and relevant regulatory developments.
