NICE CXone Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote, Manila, Philippines; travel up to 30% may be required.

What you will do

• Manage client delivery relationships and lead the implementation of NICE CCaaS projects.
• Coordinate project teams of 3–10 people, including internal staff, client resources, and vendors.
• Provide technical expertise, project status updates, weekly reports, and escalation management to client and internal stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, assign responsibilities, track risks and constraints, and implement approved mitigations and change management actions.
• Review project invoices, maintain project documentation, and support communication and reporting processes.
• Enhance software written in CXone Studio, including coding and testing project work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects and leading large enterprise client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of at least one platform: NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
• Experience with waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or another project management certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience leading programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
• Experience with executive-level sponsorship and reporting requirements for consulting engagements worth $20,000–$250,000.
