Senior Consultant - AI Architect (F/M/X)

Location: Netherlands; English required

What you will do

• Prepare and structure engineering data for Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, resolving data quality gaps.
• Design and implement API and MCP integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise systems, engineering tools, and knowledge sources.
• Work with engineering teams to build and adopt AI solutions in daily workflows.
• Convert prototypes and MVPs into production-ready, reusable applications.
• Coordinate technology stacks, deployment models, LLM selection, and implementation practices with AI Solution Architects.
• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and response quality while applying security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, data engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience building AI-enabled applications, integrations, automation services, or data-driven systems.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience developing services, integrations, scripts, or workflow automation.
• Experience with data preparation, APIs, system integration, databases, knowledge bases, and enterprise data environments.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype or MVP through testing, deployment, and production use.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM applications, evaluation, monitoring, AgentOps, technical documentation, version control, and deployment workflows.
