TL;DR
AI Engineer (Python/LLMs): Building and deploying AI and data science solutions for Acceptance and Claims operations, with an accent on translating business needs into production-ready applications and adopting AI across operational teams. Focus on applying state-of-the-art techniques such as Cognitive Services and OpenAI, developing ML applications and APIs, and researching new technologies through innovation projects.
Location: Hybrid role; official location is The Hague, Netherlands.
Salary: €4,526–€6,036 per month based on 36 hours, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do
- Build impactful AI and data science solutions for operational teams, including Acceptance and Claims.
- Translate business needs into practical AI applications and present solutions to business stakeholders.
- Develop and bring AI solutions into production using the company’s AI toolkit.
- Apply state-of-the-art technologies, including AI as a service, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI LLMs.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute to monthly innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, program management, and operational teams in an agile project environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or another STEM-related field.
- Experience developing ML applications in Python and practical knowledge of the data science process, including data collection, cleaning, model evaluation, and implementation.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and support adoption of AI solutions.
- Experience delivering code projects and production-ready AI solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience developing APIs.
- Experience with automated cloud solutions using Azure CI/CD tools, Git, SQL, or Terraform.
- Experience designing AI solutions based on business requirements.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
