AI & Technology Specialist, II (AI)

What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities, define business cases, and prioritize initiatives.
• Design, build, test, validate, and hand over AI and analytics solutions using Power BI, Python, generative AI, and related platforms.
• Architect data models, transformation logic, governance frameworks, and reproducible pipelines while addressing data quality issues.
• Evaluate and govern AI and analytics platforms, including access, usage, security, compliance, vendors, and adoption metrics.
• Lead project streams from initiation to close, managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and outcomes.
• Coach junior colleagues and business partners through reusable frameworks, playbooks, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions in a business context, including ownership of an end-to-end delivery cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud or AI platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Copilot.
• Experience designing data models, building analytics solutions, and prototyping or deploying generative AI solutions such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience with MLOps, data governance, enterprise AI governance, AI business cases, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Professional communication skills in Dutch and English are required. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated GxP/GMP environments is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with validation, testing, data integrity, and change-control documentation in regulated environments.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
