Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States
Salary: $25–30 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do
- Execute the daily production plan in accordance with due dates and quality standards.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and complete work orders on time.
- Maintain a smooth flow of materials within Reagent Operations.
- Support Purifications activities and flex to other operational areas based on business needs.
- Maintain appropriate training records and follow applicable quality systems.
Requirements
- AA degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with good laboratory practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and stand or move for extended periods.
- Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a regulated industry, including FDA- or ISO-regulated environments.
