Salary: $25–30 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Prepare buffers and reagents independently using good laboratory practices.
- Execute work orders through on-time completion and maintain a smooth flow of materials.
- Follow established operating procedures and maintain required training records.
- Support other reagent operations activities as needed.
- Apply basic analytical skills and scientific methods to daily production tasks.
- Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements.
Requirements
- AA degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in chemistry within a wet laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of good laboratory practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota.
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as FDA- or ISO-regulated environments.
- Experience testing with Access II, DxI800, and DxI9000 instruments.
