Production Specialist (Test Operator)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; fully onsite. Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Remote work is not available.

Hourly pay: $17.00–$27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and automatic production test equipment according to product specifications.
• Record material usage, output, quantities, downtime, production logs, and quality control data.
• Monitor production areas and processes for efficient, organized, clean, and safe operation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime and delays.
• Perform quality inspections during multiple production stages, including work with delicate components and small devices.
• Conduct preventive equipment checks and support process and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is beneficial.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality control processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications accurately.
• Basic computer skills for entering, logging, and monitoring production data.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience in a semiconductor test environment.
• Experience manufacturing products under MIL-PRF-19500 and/or MIL-PRF-38534.
