EDM Managed Services - Associate Consultant

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week in the office and an APAC work schedule

What you will do

• Monitor daily data service flows using EDM systems and Excel trackers.
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve data flow issues within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Resolve data exceptions such as ID-matching and validation failures by following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct basic peer reviews, perform system checks, maintain reports, and document findings accurately.
• Handle non-complex client and internal queries, raise and track incident tickets, and communicate delays when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams, follow operational controls and risk standards, and manage daily workload commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; alternatively, 1–2 years of experience in data operations, data processing, EDM, or financial services.
• Availability to work an APAC schedule and attend the office 2–3 times per week.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured, process-driven approach.
• Ability to work in SLA-driven environments and collaborate across global teams.
