Data Engineer (Banking)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performing data solutions.
• Develop data products across ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and consumption.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Software Engineers, technical leads, and international stakeholders.
• Contribute to reliable data capabilities that support business-critical decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience with Python development and data engineering practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, storage, processing, and pipeline testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and scripting.
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Flink, Spark, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
