What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continually improve Service Management processes aligned to the ITIL framework.
• Manage services to ensure strict adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Oversee multi-contract service delivery across different geographies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff and contractors to ensure effective delivery.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement and performance reporting.
• Oversee service budgets and contribute to cost control and forecasting.

Requirements

• Recognized ITIL qualification with practical experience in a live service environment.
• Experience leading and coordinating teams across different locations.
• Professional background in service delivery or service management within complex or multi-contract environments.
• Experience managing service budgets and cost forecasting.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience designing and improving service processes to enhance performance.
