Compensation Manager

Location: Amsterdam or London (The Shard). An EU work permit is required; Orientation Year Visa holders are not eligible.

What you will do

• Manage the annual merit cycle across supported HR teams.
• Lead annual salary range reviews for countries in the Europe Developed Markets region.
• Conduct job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hays methodology and assess job bands.
• Perform pay equity, salary benchmarking, and market competitiveness analyses.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
• Manage regional compensation projects and maintain frameworks, tools, documentation, and manager materials.

Requirements

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
• Experience with Korn Ferry Hays or a similar job architecture methodology.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
• Strong analytical, Excel, communication, influencing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• English required.
• EU work permit required; Orientation Year Visa holders are not eligible.
