AI Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Minsk, Belarus, with 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time

Salary: $3,000–$4,000 USD per month before taxes

What you will do

• Work with department managers to map processes and identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI agents that execute operational processes end to end.
• Connect EMR/EHR, Dialpad, Slack, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Paychex through APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Build document processing and retrieval systems for operational and clinical records.
• Set up evaluations and monitoring to ensure reliable agent performance in daily use.
• Train staff and iterate on solutions based on real-world usage.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, agent frameworks, RAG, and evaluation workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating disconnected systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions in collaboration with department managers.
• Professional English and 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience with EHR APIs, HL7/FHIR, claims, or HIPAA.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Startup or small-team experience.
