AI Operations Specialist – LLM & Conversation Systems

Location: Remote from the Philippines; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours.

hirify.global operates an AI-powered SMS lead recovery platform for telehealth brands, processing millions of messages each month.

What you will do

• Onboard clients into the AI conversation platform and configure campaigns, workflows, knowledge bases, and webhook integrations.
• Test new client systems before launch and troubleshoot integration or configuration issues.
• Monitor live AI-generated conversations, review transcripts, and diagnose failure modes, inconsistencies, and missed conversion opportunities.
• Write and optimize prompts, system instructions, and conversation logic, then test changes before and after deployment.
• Analyze performance data and conversion outcomes to identify patterns and measure the impact of system improvements.
• Work directly with the founder, communicate findings, document changes, and own issues through resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running and improving LLM or AI systems in production.
• Experience with prompt engineering, system prompt optimization, and iterative testing.
• Understanding of LLM behavior, failure modes, and customer-facing AI outputs.
• Experience working with webhooks, APIs, knowledge bases, or similar integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and ownership skills.
• Excellent written English required for editing customer-facing messages and documenting system changes.
