Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including 3PL warehouse management, import customs clearance, and local delivery.
• Manage cold-chain and deep-freeze logistics for temperature-sensitive food products, maintaining required storage and transport conditions.
• Process logistics transactions in SAP and prepare customs-clearance documentation for brokers.
• Monitor import declarations, warehouse and transport performance, KPIs, costs, traceability, and compliance.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, Quality, and external logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead process and cost-optimization projects and implement corrective actions for complaints and temperature excursions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• More than five years of logistics management experience and at least five years of import/export, local distribution, or warehousing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing food cold-chain and deep-freeze logistics, including temperature-controlled storage and transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, accountability, and teamwork skills.
• Logical and systemic thinking with project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational food, ingredients, health, biosciences, or chemical environment.
• Knowledge of food-safety or quality-management requirements for cold-chain and frozen products.
• Experience with SAP and in a chemical-industry multinational company.
