Lab Engineer (Quality Management)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite, full-time

Quality management activities focus on laboratory testing and production support for finished products.

What you will do

• Execute laboratory testing and quality control activities for finished products.
• Handle laboratory requirements for new projects and coordinate testing activities.
• Plan testing schedules and arrange the required testing equipment in advance.
• Coordinate test work, failure analysis, and CAPA initiatives.
• Create operating instructions for new machines and testing processes.
• Guide technicians on machine handling and support production outside regular working hours.

Requirements

• Science background or a degree in Science.
• Laboratory work experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent Chinese is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team culture and support production outside working hours.
