Entry Level Customer Success Specialist (Automotive Software)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States. The role includes on-site customer support, with approximately 80% of the time spent at customer locations and 20% by video conference. Training takes place in Houston, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio.

What you will do

• Support approximately 30–50 automotive dealerships in a defined area.
• Act as a consultant and provide high-level customer support for automotive software products.
• Help customers use purchased software to its full potential.
• Provide on-site and video-conference assistance.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays for up to 50% during the approximately six-month training period, followed by approximately 10% travel per month.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
