International Distribution Analyst (Insurance)

Location: London; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Provide strategic analytical support to national brokers and market leaders.
• Prepare internal and external presentations, strategic reviews, broker meetings, and management decks.
• Analyze broker relationships and performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Standardize recurring KPI performance reporting and support the development of analytic dashboards using visualization tools.
• Support broker-related supplemental commission analysis, including quarterly updates for national and global agreements.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, Client Engagement, and Analyst teams.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
• Deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partners and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
• Ability to provide project management support and act proactively.
