What you will do
- Contribute to ’s digital strategy by identifying emerging technology trends and mapping them to business opportunities.
- Extract, clean, and model complex datasets from multiple business functions.
- Create dashboards and actionable insights to support fact-based corporate decisions.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional international stakeholders and communicate data insights.
- Prepare data-backed business cases and strategic presentations to support digital transformation investments.
- Complete at least one rotational placement during the two-year development programme.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Data Science, Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Recent graduation or initial professional experience in data analytics, corporate strategy, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of data tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Existing right to work in the United Kingdom or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.
- Collaborative mindset, self-awareness, and motivation to lead personal development.
