Supplier Services Analyst (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Deliver information services for a portfolio of data supplier customers.
• Gather requirements, develop custom reports, fulfill report requests, and respond to customer questions.
• Perform mathematical data analysis to create solutions for supplier business challenges.
• Validate data deliverables and ensure they meet customer specifications for quality and timeliness.
• Provide proactive marketplace insights and support supplier data queries.
• Maintain internal communications and develop knowledge of pharmaceutical data applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of current events and developments in the pharmaceutical marketplace, particularly issues affecting retailers and wholesalers.
• Four years of related experience in business analysis or customer service is desirable.
