Program Specialist (Printer Product Development)

What you will do

• Develop engineering specifications and product requirements.
• Create project schedules and drive R&D programs through successful completion.
• Establish build objectives, manage readiness, and track prototype build progress.
• Coordinate with operations and production to establish project processes.
• Manage build requirements, volumes, matrices, BOMs, test plans, and product costs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and support technical issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of related experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in an R&D environment; experience with all-in-one or inkjet printer products is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, follow up on details, identify when projects are off track, and propose practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with all-in-one or inkjet printer products.
• Mandarin conversation skills for collaboration with overseas stakeholders.
