Director, Integrated Solutions Asia Program Management (Life Sciences)

Location: Singapore; on-site role. Global travel of up to 40–50% is required, with most travel within Asia.

What you will do

• Lead the Asia program and project management organization within Integrated Solutions.
• Set regional strategy, standard work, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Oversee APAC customer project execution, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to resolve complex delivery issues.
• Recruit, coach, and develop project management talent across the region.
• Establish project management KPIs, reporting, tools, and escalation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry, including process engineering, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, validation, and global project execution.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects through delivery, commissioning, qualification, and customer handover.
• Progressive leadership experience in regional operations, program management, or project execution with accountability for customer delivery and financial performance.
• Experience managing regional program or project management teams across multiple APAC countries, cultures, and customer environments.
• Strong customer-facing leadership skills, including executive stakeholder management, issue resolution, and business outcome protection.

Nice to have

• Hands-on manufacturing or operational experience in biopharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• Experience with the hirify.global Business System, Kaizen, standard work, daily management, or structured problem solving.
• Experience developing project management talent, succession plans, and team capabilities across different maturity levels.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on support for high-risk, high-visibility customer projects.
