What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for complex infrastructure issues and inquiries.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and execute assigned implementation tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare incident reports, configuration details, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Apply infrastructure expertise, critical thinking, and established service delivery standards to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping current with industry technologies.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+.
