Billing and Cash Analyst (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Support billing, credit memo, cash receipt, and credit card procedures.
• Manage and maintain invoice uploads into third-party systems.
• Respond to billing inquiries from internal and external customers by phone and email.
• Support the resolution of account and payment issues.
• Prepare and send invoice summaries on weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Coralville, Iowa.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
