Sr Principal Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of semiconductor IP and foundry programs.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, delivery commitments, and critical path tracking.
• Coordinate Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, Characterization, FuSa, Product Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate executive reviews, customer reviews, phase-gate checkpoints, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive governance, KPI reporting, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor IP development lifecycle and design flows.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including customer-facing communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TSMC, Samsung, Intel, or GF foundry programs.
• Familiarity with memory, logic, GPIO, mixed-signal, or platform IP development.
• Experience with Jira, Power BI, advanced Excel, and dashboarding.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification.
