Senior Manager - Global Project Management

What you will do

• Initiate, govern, plan, and execute complex global transformation, transition, and technology programs.
• Prioritize and coordinate interdependent projects, stakeholders, suppliers, dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalations.
• Lead current-state assessments, future-state design, transition planning, implementation governance, benefit tracking, and business adoption.
• Manage technology enablement, system and process integration, data migration readiness, user acceptance, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops, develop executive recommendations, and communicate program performance and sensitive issues to leadership.
• Coach project managers and indirect teams while improving delivery models, governance, decision rights, and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant PMO, project, program, or portfolio management experience, including large-scale transformation programs.
• More than 10 years of management, advisory, transformation, or senior stakeholder-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with transformation, transition, technology implementation, digital enablement, business readiness, change adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level recommendations and structured narratives.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with PPM tools such as Monday.com, ServiceNow, Jira, or MS Project.
• Change management experience and experience in the food and beverage industry or Global Business Services.
