Export Traffic Controller

Location: On-site in Cortland, New York, United States

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay

What you will do

• Manage and analyze traffic procedures and shipment handling for PTM and PRDC products.
• Process daily shipments and customer orders using SAP, coordinating with internal departments and carriers.
• Prepare invoices, SEDs, bills of lading, special packing lists, and other export documentation.
• Process manual deliveries, maintain online shipment databases, and retain backup documentation.
• Handle hazardous, export, and other special shipping instructions.
• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or a related technical field.
• Seven years of experience in logistics, traffic, and shipping, or nine years in a related discipline.
• Dangerous Goods certification for air shipments.
• Background in regulatory compliance for trucking materials.
• Experience handling hazardous materials.
• Ability to work on-site in Cortland, New York.
