Location: Oneida, NY, USA, with a 3-month deployment to Kuwait starting in October 2026

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Track materials and equipment through the logistics lifecycle, from procurement and warehouse receipt to shipment and on-site installation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct recurring inventory reporting, and manage material transfers between the warehouse and System Integration Lab.
• Perform IUID tagging, track and manage spares, and develop the Integrated Logistics Support Plan with sustainment and sparing models based on RAM analysis.
• Pack, consolidate, palletize, label, and ship materials according to applicable standards.
• Support Ship Readiness Reviews, coordinate material pickup with DCMA, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Inspect deliveries and coordinate warehousing, tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and laydown areas at the Kuwait facility.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and forklift license required.
• At least five years of DoD or military logistics management experience covering purchasing, transportation, receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, shipping, and disposal.
• At least three years of experience with logistics or inventory management software.
• Experience with CONUS and OCONUS shipments for DoD or military customers and related documentation.
• Ability and willingness to travel to the Middle East for up to three months. Experience with export control compliance, ITAR, and Technical Assistance Agreements is required.
