What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy for AI-powered features and capabilities, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch and iteration.
• Lead engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship AI products and integrations, define success metrics, and drive accountability.
• Build and communicate the product vision, translating technical possibilities into customer-centric use cases and positioning.
• Partner with senior leadership and customers to validate product-market fit through research, experiments, and real-world feedback.
• Develop and mentor mid-level product managers and individual contributors while building a culture of ownership and rigorous thinking.
• Manage roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, product economics, and ROI modeling for sustainable AI investments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years shipping AI or ML-powered features at scale.
• Track record of taking products from concept to revenue or adoption.
• Working fluency in AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing without formal authority, and setting direction in ambiguous emerging-technology environments.
• Strong communication, storytelling, analytical, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-moving, or startup-like environments and willingness to challenge assumptions.
