Global Head of Change Management

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid model with a minimum of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's global change control process from intake and impact assessment through build, testing, release and post-implementation review.
• Design and improve the change management framework, governance structures, approval routes and emergency change processes.
• Lead Change Advisory Board forums and advise senior stakeholders on prioritisation, sequencing, risk and release decisions.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, System Administrators and Testers, including resource allocation, coaching and recruitment.
• Establish reporting, dashboards and KPIs covering change volume, risk, dependencies and delivery throughput.
• Lead stakeholder communication, escalation management and executive reporting across business and functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in change management, business analysis or IT delivery, including ownership of global change control across multiple systems and functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, with strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Deep knowledge of change management and control frameworks such as ITIL Change Management, ISO 20000 and Agile/DevOps change practices.
• Formal change, IT service management or testing qualification, such as ITIL, ISTQB, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Strong experience with software and system testing, stakeholder management, executive communication and change function improvement.
• Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zephyr or Confluence.
