What you will do

• Set the enterprise change strategy and translate organisational priorities into an integrated portfolio of initiatives.
• Direct the planning, prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery of business and technology change.
• Lead, coach, and develop the change function while establishing clear accountability and professional standards.
• Chair or contribute to governance forums and present portfolio analysis, recommendations, risks, and investment cases to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio capacity, funding, dependencies, delivery risks, issues, and benefits realisation.
• Strengthen change frameworks, controls, reporting, assurance, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and post-implementation review.

Requirements

• Extensive senior experience leading enterprise change, transformation, portfolio management, or a comparable strategic delivery function.
• Experience managing complex, interdependent portfolios in financial services, investment banking, or another regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, controls, regulatory obligations, and executive-level decision-making.
• Experience overseeing business-led and technology-enabled change from strategic definition through implementation and benefits review.
• Experience developing an established change, transformation, or programme management capability and improving its operating model.
• Highly developed influencing, facilitation, negotiation, communication, analytical, and commercial judgement skills.
