What you will do

Manage the change portfolio across projects and value streams, identifying adoption risks and opportunities to combine initiatives.
Assess upcoming projects to determine the required level of change management support.
Lead change delivery for medium and large initiatives, including change vision, stakeholder mapping, change journeys, interventions, and adoption monitoring.
Build relationships with business partners and executive sponsors to secure buy-in and accountability for adoption.
Develop engagement and training content with subject-matter experts, product owners, and delivery teams.
Lead communities of practice and represent business readiness in governance forums.

Requirements

Experience designing actionable change plans aligned with organisational priorities and team dynamics.
Experience managing change management and engagement activities across multiple initiatives.
Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to use data and insights to measure success and refine change strategies.
Baseline understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Background in insurance or another highly regulated or complex industry such as finance, government, or healthcare.
