Senior Change Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage the change portfolio across projects and value streams, identifying adoption risks and opportunities to combine initiatives.
• Assess upcoming projects to determine the required level of change management support.
• Lead change delivery for medium and large initiatives, including change vision, stakeholder mapping, change journeys, interventions, and adoption monitoring.
• Build relationships with business partners and executive sponsors to secure buy-in and accountability for adoption.
• Develop engagement and training content with subject-matter experts, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Lead communities of practice and represent business readiness in governance forums.

Requirements

• Experience designing actionable change plans aligned with organisational priorities and team dynamics.
• Experience managing change management and engagement activities across multiple initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to use data and insights to measure success and refine change strategies.
• Baseline understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
• Background in insurance or another highly regulated or complex industry such as finance, government, or healthcare.
