Senior Training Designer/Developer (Satellite Communications)

Location: Portsmouth or Chippenham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, with some hybrid working available subject to the hybrid working policy.

What you will do

• Establish and manage technical communication training services for Space Digital.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical training courses for new equipment and services.
• Manage technical training instructors and support staff, including resources and workload.
• Collaborate with Bid Management, Product Development, Engineering, and other internal teams.
• Conduct training assurance activities and evaluate effectiveness against performance standards.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain UK Eyes Only SC Security Clearance through the UK Intelligence Community process.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training in satellite communications.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis.
• Knowledge of JSP 882.
• Experience leading a training team, including resource and workload management.
