Regional Trainer (Northern Europe)

Location: London, UK; the role covers the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets and requires monthly travel for potential in-person training events.

What you will do

• Present educational content to small and large audiences through in-person events, meetings, webinars, video training, trade shows, and LMS platforms.
• Adapt communication styles for retail consumer electronics, installed services, AV experts, and retail management audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, content, field sales, and advocacy teams to support product education, sales, advocacy, and product specification.
• Answer partner questions outside training events and maintain consistent educational experiences across the region.
• Track industry and technology trends and help maintain best-in-class training programmes.
• Practice and improve presentation performance while managing multiple projects and live events.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Effective experience communicating knowledge to others.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential monthly in-person training events.
• Experience in technical education, audio-video retail, installation, or design is valuable.
• Experience with LMS platforms, project coordination, live events, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, or Adobe Premiere is valuable.

Nice to have

• Additional fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
• Experience planning and executing live events and workshops.
• Passion for consumer and professional electronics, music, and home theater.
• Strong organization, writing, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous-learning skills.
