Professional Trainer (EMEA)

Location: London, UK; requires monthly travel across Europe and potentially North America, Asia, and Australia for in-person training events.

What you will do

• Deliver educational content through in-person events, meetings, webinars, on-camera training, and trade shows.
• Adapt communication and presentation styles for professional AV installers, retail consumer electronics audiences, distributors, and other partners.
• Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to use education to drive sales, advocacy, and improvements in installation processes.
• Work with distributor partners to reinforce training messages and scale training capabilities across markets and languages.
• Build expertise in hirify.global hardware, software, installation practices, and relevant industry technologies.
• Answer partner questions, monitor industry trends, and continuously improve training quality and presentation skills.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the professional AV industry, including selling, installing, or educating on industry technology and solutions.
• Demonstrated success with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Ability to communicate knowledge effectively and adapt to different audience needs.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel monthly for potential in-person training events across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in technical education, or experience in audio-video retail, installation, or design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere.
• Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Arabic.
• Strong organization, writing, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for consumer and professional electronics, music, and home theater.
