What you will do
- Work with customers to collect outstanding debts and support positive cash flow.
- Identify slow-moving and delinquent accounts.
- Research, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
- Communicate account details to management to support escalation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments while maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or relevant IDT experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in Coralville, Iowa.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
