What you will do

• Design, develop, and support software products, services, and systems.
• Lead and inspire developers and engineers while supporting team selection and training.
• Conduct tool workshops, demonstrate solution capabilities, and gather client-specific requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and validate implementations against client expectations.
• Anticipate solution risks and lead execution of technical risk management plans.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog and create INVEST-aligned user stories.

Requirements

• Experience with software development, architecture, and engineering practices.
• Experience leading negotiations with engagement partners, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to influence users, peers, and functional or executive stakeholders on complex technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Experience with automated testing, QA checks, code scans, and SRE responsibilities.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as requested.
