What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hirify.global International’s BIM and Revit offering.
• Work with product management teams to understand existing and upcoming furniture products and define how they should be represented as Revit families.
• Build Revit families and translate designer needs into clear briefs for internal and external development teams.
• Build relationships with BIM managers and specialists at architecture and design firms to understand workflows, expectations, and content gaps.
• Review Revit families against professional standards for performance, componentisation, and metadata before release.
• Manage distribution through the hirify.global website, third-party content aggregators, and firm-specific asset management databases, while supporting A&D sales teams and monitoring competitor digital assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an A&D firm, BIM management, or digital product management.
• Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience, including the use of Revit families in large-scale commercial interiors projects.
• Ability to build Revit families and work alongside Revit engineers.
• Ability to translate clearly between designers, developers, senior stakeholders, and technical teams across different geographies.
• Ability to use feedback and data to prioritise work.
