Payroll Advisor (m/w/d)

Location: Hybrid role based in Frankfurt, Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Zwickau, or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Manage accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
• Calculate, process, follow up on, and check payroll activities.
• Advise clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
• Build long-term relationships and act as a contact point for employers.
• Maintain current payroll and personnel administration expertise.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing work processes.

Requirements

• Strong interest in HR, payroll, and labor legislation.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a strong results orientation.
• Flexibility in meeting client deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong command of German and English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Accurat HCM payroll engine.
• Strong communication skills and a positive contribution to team spirit.
