HR Working Student

Location: Hybrid work model in Wiesbaden, Hessen, Germany

What you will do

• Answer general employee inquiries and support the HR team.
• Draft job postings, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct initial application screenings.
• Support the employee journey from entry to exit, including onboarding preparation.
• Maintain employee master data in Personio and manage digital personnel files.
• Administer the absence management tool and prepare reference letters.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a comparable HR-focused discipline, ideally at Master's level.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English required.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous practical experience in HR or recruiting through internships or working student roles.
