Associate Core People Operations

Location: Hybrid, Maadi, Egypt

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding formalities, including the review of new joiners’ hiring documents.
• Manage medical insurance activities and payroll-related data to prevent reporting failures.
• Handle end-to-end social insurance processes and maintain accurate employee status trackers and periodic reports.
• Maintain the employee file archiving system.
• Coordinate governmental inspections, identify findings and compliance gaps, and drive their resolution.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Core Operations, and legal teams while staying current on labor regulations.

Requirements

• University degree in HR or a related field.
• At least two years of Core People Operations experience, including social insurance matters.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong personal and professional ethics.
