Group Product Manager (Nutanix Cloud Manager, Cloud Native)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 3 onsite days per week in applicable locations including San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo

Salary: USD $201,000–$402,000 per year, with potential additional compensation including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards.

What you will do

• Identify target market segments, customer use cases, unmet needs, and product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and go-to-market tactics for cloud native infrastructure and workloads.
• Align senior executives and stakeholders around product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert and evangelize the cloud native management vision to customers, partners, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of senior product managers while analyzing business results and adjusting strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including successfully leading and managing product teams.
• Required experience in hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure, Kubernetes, or cloud native environments.
• Experience developing product vision, strategy, roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and managing complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Hybrid work is required, with onsite attendance at least three days per week in applicable workplace locations.
